We believe that prayer plays a major role in the eradication of injustice, and we invite you to commit to pray with us.

This Month's Prayer Points and Updates

  • Spiritual Breakthrough Through Economic Empowerment Pilot: We recently launched a pilot project aimed at empowering individuals from poor communities. Trafficking is largely driven by those seeking jobs and opportunities to escape poverty, and we see so many without the means to meet their daily needs. Please pray for the individuals participating in the Economic Empowerment Program across multiple communities and countries. Pray that the love and light of Christ would penetrate every area of hopelessness, poverty, fear, and oppression. Ask God to raise up intercessors who will stand in the gap for these communities, that those we meet would encounter the love of Christ, discover their value and identity in Him, and begin to believe that a different future is possible. Pray that the Holy Spirit would go before us, guide every step, and bring lasting transformation to individuals, families, and communities.
  • Asia Gathering: Our leadership teams from Nepal, India, and Bangladesh met for a time of strategy, encouragement, and spiritual input. It was a powerful time of connecting across teams, sharing ideas, and encouraging one another to keep striving to fight for every potential victim, knowing that what we do can impact lives for eternity. We ask the Lord to continue to grow the seeds planted during this time and that the teams would draw on His mighty power to love and serve the least of these.
  • Upcoming Donor Events: We have a couple of virtual events coming up in July to connect with different groups of supporters. Please pray for our presenters—that they would have the right words to share the incredible impact of this work. Pray for those joining—that they would feel encouraged and truly connected to what God is doing through Love Justice and become advocates for our work in their communities and churches.
  • Mobile Monitoring Initiative in Malawi: Malawi recently introduced a new mobile monitoring initiative aimed at increasing reach and impact. The team hopes this initiative bears more fruit—protecting more lives, improving identification of cases, and strengthening overall impact across the country. It will also allow the team to reach vulnerable people who remain hidden and intervene at the right time with protection and assistance. As the work expands, pray that God would provide everything required for the team to fulfill their mission and renew their passion, hope, and commitment to serving others.
  • Guinea Pilot Launch: Our team traveled to Conakry, Guinea, to launch the new transit monitoring pilot and have already seen fruit—two intercepts in the first two weeks. Praise God! Significant groundwork had already been completed, including positive engagement with authorities and approval to operate at the selected monitoring locations. Local officials showed strong willingness to work together to protect vulnerable people and support efforts to identify traffickers, secure arrests, and pursue convictions. The pilot was led by our country champion and project manager, with support from monitors and a local church subcommittee. The week focused on training, strengthening partnerships, establishing monitoring operations, and laying the foundations for a safe, effective, and sustainable pilot. We give thanks for how the Lord went before this team and continue to pray for the pilot's ongoing protection and fruitfulness.
  • Ghana Experience-Sharing Visit: Team members from Uganda spent time in Ghana as part of one of Love Justice's first experience-sharing visits between these countries. They walked alongside the Ghana pilot team, sharing practical lessons from Uganda and supporting monitors during that important stage of the pilot. We're grateful for this cross-country encouragement and continue to pray for the Ghana team as they build on what was shared.
  • Right People: We have a number of open positions—both salaried and support-raised—as well as several successful candidates embarking on the task of raising funds to join us. Please pray that we would find the right people for this work and that those we have found would raise the support they need to come on board.

Looking to go deeper?

We have developed both a prayer list and a prayer card to guide you in your prayers for our work. Both resources are perfect tools to print and use during your prayer times. The prayer guide and the prayer card below are organized into specific headings that outline the key areas we constantly need assistance in. You can read the prayers associated with each heading, or you can pray into the headings as you feel led. In the prayer guide, each heading prays through specific Scripture passages (highlighted in italics), giving us confidence that what we ask for is in line with the will of God.

Thank you for your prayers that we know have fueled our successes and impact. God has been good to us! Join us in celebrating the answered prayers listed above.
