We believe that prayer plays a major role in the eradication of injustice, and we invite you to commit to pray with us.

This Month's Prayer Points and Updates

  • Spiritual Growth at The Dream School: Please pray especially for our 10th grade students as they go through the Alpha Youth course during homeroom. Pray that our school would continue to be a place of transformation, where consistent love points students toward truth, and they experience the presence of the Holy Spirit.
  • College Admission: We’re thanking God for an exciting milestone: Bijay, one of the young adults from our Family Homes Program, has been admitted to Kathmandu University, one of the most competitive and prestigious universities in Nepal. He will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, a program offered at only two universities in the entire country. Bijay has long been passionate about this field, and for a time, he wondered if he’d need to study abroad to follow his dream. This opportunity is a remarkable achievement and a testimony to his hard work, determination, and God’s provision. Please pray for Bijay as he steps into this new chapter—that God would bless his studies, surround him with a strong community, and guide him into the future.
  • Step Toward Justice: Our Uganda police liaison is grateful to share a major step forward in one of our trafficking cases. The accused, who has been held on remand for several months, recently appeared in court, where the case was committed to the High Court for trial. This means the case will now proceed to a full hearing at a higher judicial level, a critical milestone in the fight for justice for the victim. Please join us in praying that this momentum continues and that justice is fully served for the survivor. Every step like this matters!
  • Justice in Burkina Faso: In a tragic case, a 13-year-old boy was killed by a trafficker working with a marabout (witch doctor) who had accused the boy of theft. The trafficker has been arrested. In another case, traffickers who lured victims from Nigeria to Burkina Faso with false job offers were also arrested. We thank God for the courage of our team and the justice served in both cases. Please pray for comfort for the boy’s family, restoration for the potential victims, and wisdom and courage for the authorities and our team as they continue the fight for justice.
  • Fundraising: Our founder, John, has arrived in the States and will be connecting with donors, potential donors, and churches over the coming months. Please pray that God would open hearts and minds to the importance of our work—and lead people to respond with generous, sacrificial giving.
  • Partnership in Colombia and Senegal: Please pray for wisdom and discernment as we explore new transit monitoring partnerships in Colombia and in Dakar, Senegal. Ask that God would lead us to the right people, open the right doors, and guide each step as we seek to expand the reach of this work.
  • Empowering Women in Goma: Praise God for the recent empowerment training conducted for 50 women in Goma. Please pray that the seeds of knowledge planted and the micro-grants distributed will bear lasting fruit in the lives of these women and their families.

Looking to go deeper?

We have developed both a prayer list and a prayer card to guide you in your prayers for our work. Both resources are a perfect tool to print and use during your prayer times. The prayer guide and the prayer card below are organized into specific headings that outline the key areas we constantly need assistance in. You can read the prayers associated with each heading, or you can pray into the headings as you feel led. In the prayer guide, each heading prays through specific Scripture passages (highlighted in italics), giving us confidence that what we ask for is in line with the will of God.

Thank you for your prayers which we know have fueled our successes and impact. God has been good to us! Join us in celebrating the answered prayers listed above.
